Saying goodbye to a Loved One

This is never easy. But I will be with you every step of the way. I will take the time to understand your loved one and how you and your family felt about them.  That way, each special memory can be shared with dignity, warmth, respect and even humour (if appropriate).

Every service that I deliver is uniquely and respectfully created according to your wishes. If you and/or your family are more comfortable writing and reading your own words of remembrance, I can also do that on your behalf should you wish.

Worried about what to do or say?  I can help you with empathy, understanding and practical support and, together, we will create a service that not only remembers and celebrates a life, but also provides beautiful lasting memories for those who attend.

Safe in my hands

I have been where you are now.  I organised, wrote and spoke at my dad’s funeral so I understand how important it is to create a service that celebrates and honours life with poems, readings, prayers and songs that truly resonate. You are in a safe and deeply caring pair of hands with me.  Understanding enables me to create and conduct a ceremony that is warm, respectful and unique to you.  A true celebration of life.

It’s my role to help

There are a lot of things to think about at a time like this and it can be quite overwhelming. That’s why I will liaise with your Funeral Director, and your crematorium or burial site, on your behalf to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly and you have one less thing to worry about.
